The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Enfield Mini-Cabs. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unconditionally agree to abide by the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
In this agreement, "Enfield Mini-Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality. This applies to all airport transfers, where you must comply with check-in times for your flight. Enfield Mini-Cabs will not be liable for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or for your unavailability at the designated pickup time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a car size that accommodates all passengers and luggage. Enfield Mini-Cabs does not guarantee the ability to transport excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should make this request when booking.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Our pricing is based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT will be charged separately. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quoted price includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this will incur charges at the standard Enfield Mini-Cabs waiting rate. We will make every effort to monitor and adjust our service in response to flight delays, but we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to report any discrepancies to Enfield Mini-Cabs may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. You may be charged for cleaning costs if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or adversely affected by any passenger.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 All children must be securely restrained in compliance with their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We must not exceed the specified passenger limit set by licensing or insurance.
5. Cancellations
5.1 In case of booking cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. If a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, a charge will apply, based on the distance and time covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 If you booked through our online system and cancel before dispatch, an applicable charge may be imposed on the initial payment.
6. Liability
6.1 While Enfield Mini-Cabs strives to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not responsible for losses resulting from delays beyond our control. In no circumstance will Enfield Mini-Cabs be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with Enfield Mini-Cabs, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your travel.
6.4 You agree not to hold Enfield Mini-Cabs responsible for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter that is legally classified as unenforceable under applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger places a vehicle or driver at risk through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Enfield Mini-Cabs may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement through subcontracting. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 Enfield Mini-Cabs retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle, use, and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Enfield Mini-Cabs and yourself.
8.5 No provision within these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits or advantages on a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement is in place.
9. Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be lodged within 30 days from the pickup date of the booking. Enfield Mini-Cabs is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
